From working with 100s of women, we have found they all have one thing in common when it comes to how they view themselves - limited self belief. They’ve convinced themselves that they have to settle for where they are right now, that theyll only ever achieve “so much” in life, and never be able to “get in incredible shape”, or if they do “they won’t be able to sustain the transformation or make it last. And all too often I have women tell me “I could never do that” or “There’s no way I could get in THAT kind of shape”. We call BS on all of the above.
At PURPOSE you will achieve what the MIND believes. You’ll have access to in-depth videos and resources on every topic you can imagine - from having a true understanding on nutrition and the value of food, learning to stop labelling food good and bad, knowing how to keep on track whilst socialising, not feeling guilty when dinner has been booked or a birthday or holiday is approaching, learning what methods and tools they can use to ensure they gain consistency and longevity in their life whilst achieving their mind and body goals.
You will learn how to use equipment in the gym, how to track your training progress and ensure youre using the correct weights and learning alternative exercises you can sub in when you have to train at busy times and equipment is limited.
We give you the tools to ensure that you no longer feel clueless in the gym, instead you will feel confident, you will soon OWN that gym. You’ll have access to everything you need across training and nutrition so that, by the end of your programme, you’ll have the tools and education to allow you to be your own coach.

We have built this programme from our own experiences, with women like you in mind. We have been where you are right now - lacking in confidence, unhappy and confused on what is the “right” thing.
